We accept T/T, If the normal goods, We accept the 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. If customized, We will accept 50% deposit and the 50% balance before shipment.

Absolutely… in fact, over 1/5 of the PET CRATES & CARRIER we sell are gifts. Just tell us the name and postal address of the lucky person, and we’ll send it to them in its own beautiful recycled gift box. When you check out, you can even get us to insert a personalized message that our team will handwrite it on a beautiful card. And no… we won’t put anything in the box showing how much it cost. That will be emailed to you.

It is extremely tricky for us to locate an order on our warehouse floor after it has already been processed. Once orders are processed, they are packed into a very large bin, awaiting courier collection. We are talking hundreds of parcels at times! We kindly ask that you check over your order completely – items in cart and shipping details, to ensure all is correct before proceeding to checkout. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

If you would like to swap out statue(s) on your order, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse in order to process an exchange. Once we receive your item, we will be in contact to either issue a refund or exchange. Please head to our return policy for more information on returns policy here.

- SHIPPING

We aim to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it Monday-Friday. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with track and trace information for you to monitor your PET CRATES & CARRIER’s journey. Depending on the shipping option you choose, your order will ship at 2-5 business day. If your order consists of weight more than 2 kg, due to weight restrictions, your PET CRATES & CARRIER will be shipped via AU POST, EMS, USPS or CHINA POST. Please note, this service takes slightly longer. Please note, if you have placed your order on a Friday after 2PM EST, your order will ship out on the following Monday.

When the products are shipping for free, Delivery time needs about 5 – 10 workdays for small(Length+Width+Height<90CM, Weight<2KG) package.

15 workdays for large(>2KG) package. If you need to choose a paid express delivery mode, in order to receive your order as soon as possible, please consult us before placing an order, The premise is to comply with our shipping policy.

All our AU and US orders are shipped with either AU POST,  FedEx or DHL and Global orders with USPS. Free shipping products will be shipped by EMS, E-pack, YunTu, China Post.

Yes, you can. You just have to place an order for each address separately. Shipping fees will apply for each order placed, and we cannot offer our Free Mini on orders placed separately that are under 2 units. If you would like to receive the mini cardinal, you will need to ensure your order is shipping to the same address.

Once your order has gone through our system, it is extremely difficult for us to locate the parcel on our warehouse floor and manually change the address details. We kindly ask that you fully check your address details are correct before proceeding to checkout. For DHL Standard Shipping there is nothing further we can do. For Fedex Express Shipping, if you still require a change of address, you must sign up with FedEx Delivery Manager, and request a change of address on delivery at a cost of $5.55 per package. Other shipping ways if the product shipped already, address change impossible.

Usually all products are free shipping, if you want expedited shipping, this needs to be calculated based on your shipping address.

Yes! Please note though, for purchases outside the Australia, BARKBARKING.COM is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.

No way… you’d kill us if it was a present! All order information will be emailed to the address you give us when checking out. We don’t put anything in the shipment in case it’s a gift for someone!

We aim to have orders placed before midday shipped the same day, but almost always, they’ll be shipped within 2 business days to ensure you receive your statue promptly.

If the delivery time may be delayed due to the COVID-19, please check the response on COVID-19.

The Courier will contact you so you can rearrange delivery.

Please ensure to use a physical address for delivery. Should you use a PO box, AU POST, FedEx and DHL are unable to deliver use a ground delivery service and our standard shipping timeframes cannot apply. Shipping times vary with ground delivery and do take significantly longer to deliver so we highly recommend using a physical address and not a PO box.
