Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours as most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled (please refer to the Returns Policy below)
Returns Policy

You can return your product anytime within 90 days(If the order purchased at December 1st to December 31st, you can return extend to 120 days.) after you receiving it for an exchange or refund (not including the product handling & shipping fee, ) subject to the following conditions:
- The product is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from this website
- We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
- The product was purchased within the last 90 days.
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
If the purchaser is returning for the following reasons:
- Better price found
- Changed mind
- Doesn’t fit
- No longer needed
- Ordered wrong item
RETURN FEE ABOUT 50% PRICE OF PRODUCTS.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be processed 24-48 hours after receipt of the returned item, Refunds may be held in credit against your account for future purchases if requested or directly refunded via the original mode of payment (in your credit card or PayPal account).
Custom Items
Per this store’s policy custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.
You may order a modification service to have my UNUSED product adjusted or exchanged. Shipping to BARKBARKING warehouse is the buyer’s financial responsibility. Please contact BARKBARKING to describe the issue you’re having and to arrange servicing or exchange of your product.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. Damaged items, products with missing parts will be quickly addressed by our customer service team.
Incorrect Item Sent
If you receive an incorrect product that is different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately. Incorrectly sent items will be quickly addressed by our customer service team.
Order Not Received
If you do not receive your order, please notify us immediately. unreceived orders will be quickly addressed by our customer service team.
